Using Honey of the Yamada Bee Farm
Bean-Jam and Pancake Fruit Sandwich



Ingredients <6 sandwiches>
2 eggs
Salad oil, as needed
White peach preserved in honey and syrup, as needed
Solid bean jam, as needed


Whipped cream, as needed
* Fresh cream, as needed
* Sugar, as needed

(A)
* 100 g flour
* 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

(B)
* 50 g sugar
* 3 tablespoons honey

Mix and sift (A).

Break the eggs into the bowl, add (B), and mix well using a whisk.

Add 1 to 2 and let the mixture ferment for 30 minutes until it becomes soft.

Pour the salad oil into a thick frying pan or an electric grill,
pour the batter of 3 into a round shape of about 8-cm in diameter, and bake it over low heat.
(Pouring the batter slowly into the center of the circle will automatically create an expanding circle.)

When the surface of the batter is dotted with tiny holes, turn the pancake over and bake the other side for a short time.

Sandwich the solid bean jam and white peach preserved in honey and syrup between the two pancakes.
(You may also add whipped cream to the sandwich.)
