Using Honey Vinegar
Fried Potstickers (Raviolis) with Sweet and Sour Sauce


Ingredients <4 servings>
20 potstickers (purchased prepackaged)
2/3 onion
60 g carrot
2 green peppers
4 dried shiitake mushroom
White leek, as needed
(A)
* 5 tablespoons honey vinegar
* 5 tablespoons honey
* 2-1/2 tablespoons ketchup
* 4 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon sake
* 3 tablespoons starch
* 2 cups chicken soup

Salad leaf or lettuce, as needed

Cut the onion into thin slices and finely cut the carrot and green peppers.

Soak the dried shiitake in water, remove the hard tip, and slice thinly.

Cut the white leek fine and soak in water.

Heat the salad oil, add 1 and 2 in that order and fry them.
When completely fried, add (A) and cook until the sauce thickens.

Fry the potstickers in the frying oil at 180°C and serve them on a plate on which the salad has been spread.

Pour 4 on 5 completely. Garnish with 3.


* You may also use rabiolis instead of potstickers.
