Using Honey of the Yamada Bee Farm
White Salt Chicken and Delicious Soup



Ingredients <4 servings>
2 chicken breasts (large)
2 cups water
1/3 cup sake
1/2 teaspoon salt
5 cm white leek (10 g)
10 g ginger
1 pack radish sprouts
1 cucumber
1 tomato
1/2 lemon
2 to 3 green leaves

Dash parsley flakes

Garlic sauce
* 1 clove garlic
* 10 g ginger
* 5 cm white leek
* 3 tablespoons soy sauce
* 1 tablespoon vinegar
* 3 tablespoons honey
* 2 teaspoons sesame oil
* 1 teaspoon powdered Japanese pepper

* 2 tablespoons roughly ground white sesame

Put water, crushed ginger, and white leek together in a pan and boil.
Add the chicken breasts and boil for 10 to 15 minutes. (Do not overcook.)
Keep the water used to boil the chicken because it will be used later for the soup.

Turn off the heat, add salt and sake, and let cool.

Cut off the roots of the radish sprouts, slice the cucumber,
and stir them in cold water to keep them crisp.

Mince the garlic, white leek, and ginger for the garlic sauce
and mix them with the seasonings.

Cut 2 into pieces 7- to 8-mm thick, dish them up together with 3 on a plate spread with green leaves,
and add the sliced tomatoes, lemon, and parsley. Served with pouring 4.

Cooking the soup
Filter the boiled water, heat it, season with salt and pepper, add the starch noodles and seaweed, and pour onto a plate. Ready by adding the white sesame and scallions (cut on a slant).
