Using Honey of the Yamada Bee Farm
Roman Apple Muffin



Ingredients <8 to 10 pieces>
7 to 8 raw chestnuts (large) (200 g)
* 1 apple (about 300 g)
* 2 tablespoons honey
100 g salt-free butter
2 tablespoons honey
30 g granulated sugar
2 eggs
50 cc milk
70 cc fresh cream


* Use a tart cooking apple.

* 200 g wheat flour
* 2 teaspoons baking powder
* Dash salt


Honey, as needed

Cut straight through the center of the chestnuts on the flat side using widest part of the blade of a kitchen knife,
grill them, remove the nuts, and cut into 1-cm long cubes.

Cut the apple into 1-cm long cubes, put them into the pan with honey,
and cook until they become slightly soft.

Let the butter reach room temperature. Sift A.

Knead the butter well using a whisk,
slowly add honey and granulated sugar, and mix together well.

Break the eggshell, add the egg to 4 slowly and mix them well so that the egg is not isolated from the mixture.

Add the milk, fresh cream, and A to 5 alternately, mix gently,
and add 1 and 2.

Pour 6 into the molds and bake in an oven at 180°C for 25 to 30 minutes.
Serve with honey to taste.
