Using Honey of the Yamada Bee Farm
Mead Chocolate



Ingredients (makes about 40 large pieces)

Regular chocolate - 400g.
Cream - 200ml.
Mead - 3 Tablespoons
Cocoa - as desired

Cut the chocolate into fine pieces so that it can be cooked easily.

Put the cream into a saucepan and warm at medium heat. At the moment it starts to boil, turn down the heat and add the sliced chocolate. Slowly add and mix.

As the chocolate melts, add the mead.

Store in the refrigerator for half a day.

Cut into pieces 2 cm wide, align neatly, and sprinkle cocoa. Be sure it has hardened in the refrigerator before cutting.
